The Happily Connected Wedding Showcase isn’t your typical bridal show. This modern, cocktail-style event lets you showcase your work in real-wedding-inspired settings, from stunning tablescapes and lounge areas to food, cocktails, music, and live models. It’s the perfect way to connect directly with engaged couples, show off your talent, and collaborate with other top Nashville wedding professionals, all in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
The Happily Connected Showcase is open to Nashville area vendors.
Set-up Dates/Times will be announced at least 2 weeks before the showcase.
Due to the nature of this style of wedding showcase, there is a limit to the number of vendors in each vendor category.
Vendor Tables - All vendors participating in the showcase will have a bistro-sized table to display their business cards, portfolio, etc. (Please do not use TVs or large signage.) If you need a different size/type of table, please email Susan to discuss your needs. susan@happilyconnected.com.
Vendors can have up to 2 representatives, including themselves, at their table.
Logistics - Please let us know if you require to be against a wall and/or if you need electricity.
Swag Bags - We are giving away 35 Swag Bags to the first 35 couples who attend the Wedding Showcase. Swag must be a tangible item (i.e., pens, cups, wine openers, etc.). There is no additional cost.
Special Discounts and Giveaways are not required; however, if you plan on offering something, please let us know so we can promote it!
Grand Prize Giveaway – are not required. The no-strings-attached Grand prize must be a tangible item and cannot be a percentage off or any other gift where the winner is expected to make a purchase or perform an action to receive it. This is different than a giveaway at your table. We will draw for the Grand Prizes 30 minutes before the end of the event.
Lead List - Vendors will receive the opt-in guest lead list as part of their participation fee, provided their accounts are in good standing and they participate in the HC Wedding Showcase.
Photos and Video – All participating vendors will receive photos/videos from the participating photographers and videographers to use for their marketing purposes (with proper vendor credit).

The Design Gallery is an opportunity for wedding professionals to showcase their talents and create stunning content in a collaborative environment.
The Design Gallery will consist of these design elements.
Design Teams
