HCWS Vendor Info

The Happily Connected Showcase is open to Nashville area vendors.

Set-up Dates/Times will be announced at least 2 weeks before the showcase.

Due to the nature of this style of wedding showcase, there is a limit to the number of vendors in each vendor category.

Vendor Tables - All vendors participating in the showcase will have a bistro-sized table to display their business cards, portfolio, etc. (Please do not use TVs or large signage.) If you need a different size/type of table, please email Susan to discuss your needs. susan@happilyconnected.com.

Vendors can have up to 2 representatives, including themselves, at their table.

Logistics - Please let us know if you require to be against a wall and/or if you need electricity.

Swag Bags - We are giving away 35 Swag Bags to the first 35 couples who attend the Wedding Showcase. Swag must be a tangible item (i.e., pens, cups, wine openers, etc.). There is no additional cost.

Special Discounts and Giveaways are not required; however, if you plan on offering something, please let us know so we can promote it!

Grand Prize Giveaway – are not required. The no-strings-attached Grand prize must be a tangible item and cannot be a percentage off or any other gift where the winner is expected to make a purchase or perform an action to receive it. This is different than a giveaway at your table. We will draw for the Grand Prizes 30 minutes before the end of the event.

Lead List - Vendors will receive the opt-in guest lead list as part of their participation fee, provided their accounts are in good standing and they participate in the HC Wedding Showcase.

Photos and Video – All participating vendors will receive photos/videos from the participating photographers and videographers to use for their marketing purposes (with proper vendor credit).

The Design Gallery is an opportunity for wedding professionals to showcase their talents and create stunning content in a collaborative environment.

The Design Gallery will consist of these design elements.

Tablescapes & Design Areas - Created by Design Teams
Wedding Cake/Dessert
Bar
Catering/Food Vendors
Live Models

Design Teams

If your vendor category is listed below, you will be assigned to a Design Team or Models.

Teams will be asked to collaborate on the overall Palette, Style/Vibe and submit an Inspiration board or Private Pinterest board to Happily Connected.
No Maximum number of vendors per team.
A vendor can participate on more than one team.

Each team of vendors will include, but not limited to the following:

Wedding Planning/Decor Designer - Design Lead
Invitations and Paper Details
Signs
Floral Design
Bridal Attire
Groom's Attire
Rentals & Decor
Hair & Makeup Artists - For all of our dress models.

Photographers & Videographers

Details of the Design Gallery and the models will be photographed/filmed by all photographers & videographers who are participating in the showcase.
Think of this like a styled shoot.
A shot list will be provided.
One week after the event, we ask for all edited work to be sent to Happily Connected so that we can feature it on the Happily Connected Blog.
Photographers agree to share all their images for each vendor’s marketing purposes (with proper photo credit).
All Photographers & Videographers are considered “Show Photographers & Videographers,” so please shoot some photos of the show when you are not engaged with an engaged couple.
