Please enter the venue at the entrance on Rep. John Lewis Way.  

There are two parking options for the Showcase:
Free parking at Bicentennial Mall with complimentary trolley service, 

or Discounted parking at the 5th & Broadway garage next to NMAAM.

How to Ride the Trolley

• Boarding at Bicentennial Mall: Show your Showcase Ticket.
• Boarding at NMAAM: Wear your purple showcase wristband to ride back.

Trolley Schedule

Bicentennial Mall → NMAAM

• Trolley stages: 11:40 AM
• First departure to NMAAM: 11:45 AM
• Runs every 30 minutes
• Final drop‑off at NMAAM: 4:45 PM

NMAAM → Bicentennial Mall

• First drop‑off at NMAAM: 12:00 PM
• Runs every 30 minutes
• Final pick‑up from NMAAM: 4:30 PM

Discounted Parking at NMAAM (5th & Broadway Garage)

If you prefer to park at the museum, NMAAM offers a discounted rate in the 5th & Broadway Parking Garage (entrance next to Eddie V’s).

To receive the discounted rate:

1. Download  the Metropolis App before entering the garage.
2. Register your car and license plate in the app.
3. Park on the B1 Level.
4. Before leaving the museum, visit one of the two kiosks in the NMAAM lobby.
5. Enter your license plate number to receive the flat rate of $22.00.

Tickets are $10. (Adults & Children)

Each ticket includes entry to the HC Wedding Showcase and general admission to NMAAM. 

Enhance your visit to the Museum with an RFID Interactive Wristband, available at the Museum Ticket Counter for $5 each, and take home a personalized digital keepsake of your museum experience.

The RFID Interactive Wristband lets you capture your favorite museum exhibits, create a personalized digital playlist, access exclusive content, and take home a keepsake.

Note: the RFID Interactive Wristband only tracks museum experiences, not the Wedding Showcase. 

Yes! You can buy tickets at the door, but we recommend getting them in advance.

No, but here are some useful things to bring: 

• Notebook or phone for taking notes/pictures 
• Pre-printed labels with your name, email, and wedding date for giveaways 
• Tote bag  

Dress comfortably but presentably; this is a social, photo-friendly event. Comfortable shoes are encouraged. 

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your fiancé, friends, family, or bridal party. Please note that each guest, including children, will need a paid ticket to attend. 

Yes. Children are welcome to attend the Wedding Showcase and visit the Museum. Please note that each guest, including children, will need a paid ticket to attend. 

You’ll meet a variety of wedding professionals, including planners, photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, bridal boutiques, beauty experts, travel planners, and more!

Absolutely! Many vendors will offer individual giveaways and raffles, and there will also be Grand Prizes. 

Tip: Have your pre-printed labels ready! Some individual vendor raffles may happen at specific times—check at each vendor’s booth for details.

No, you do not need to be present to win a Grand Prize. Winners will be drawn 30 minutes before the showcase concludes and notified by email. Please note that individual vendor drawings may have their own rules or requirements.

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible, with elevator access available at the Rep. Lewis Way entrance. If you or a member of your party needs assistance with the elevator or a wheelchair, please ask at the registration table.
